AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT

INFORMATION

  • If you would like your child to participate in any of the programs, please complete the online registration form. Program fees are to be paid to the Business Office. You will be invoiced for this fee. Programs are scheduled to begin the week of September 2. If you have general questions, please contact Katherine Vanias or Dawn Burt. If you have questions regarding program details, please contact the instructor of that club.
  • No clubs will be meeting in the month of December.
  • Maximum capacity for each club varies; therefore, registration is contingent upon the date of receipt of application.
  • All program offerings are contingent upon sufficient enrollment and instructor availability.
  • Refunds are not provided or prorated for partial months due to withdrawals. Parents must notify, in writing, the class instructor, Katherine Vanias (LS Office) and Donna Dillard (Business Office) of withdrawals prior to the beginning of the month. Withdrawals MUST be received prior to the first of the month or the student will be billed for the entire month of class.
  • If a student is sick or does not attend for any reason, we do not offer refunds for missed days.
  • All clubs will run from dismissal until 4:10 p.m. Pick-up will be at the Pre-K-1st Grade Lower School Entrance (enter on Morganton Road).
  • Unless otherwise noted, all clubs will have a flat fee of $65 per month, with supplies included.
  • Please pack an afternoon snack for your child.
  • No new club enrollments after the 2 trimester, only withdrawals.
