Fagan

A Virginia native, Carly has a B.S. in Health Sciences from James Madison University and a M.S. in Higher Education from Mary Baldwin University.  As part of a military family, Carly moved to Fayetteville as a result of a military posting. Prior to joining the Academy, Carly was the Assistant Director of Admissions at Mary Baldwin University, and then a Military Services Specialist at Fayetteville Technical Community College.
