Emerson Jane Lambert
Anna Buryk Lambert earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Meredith College and Master of Public Administration from Norwich University. She has been working for the Admissions Office at Meredith College for the past 10 years. Anna is currently the Regional Admission Recruiter for the entire mid-Atlantic and northeast regions, traveling to high schools and college fairs. She married Steven in 2016, and they relocated from Cary, NC to Lakewood, NJ. Steven is the Assistant Director of Admission for New Jersey City University and works mostly at their partner school, Brookdale Community College. He will finish his Doctor of Education degree in higher education this fall. Anna and Steven welcomed their daughter, Emerson Jane Lambert, in January, 2018. Anna writes, “Emerson is a very sweet, spunky, independent, and curious little girl, and it’s been wonderful watching her learn and thrive this past year and a half. We can’t wait to see what’s to come!”

Caroline Long Hess and family
Caroline Long Hess graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing. After graduation, she worked in the mother-baby unit at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and afterwards, worked for seven years at Fayetteville Woman’s Care. Currently, she is working for the Cumberland County Department of Public Health as a school nurse. She is married to Josh Hess, and they have two boys, Henry, who is 5 years old and Levi, who is 1 ½ years old. Caroline says, “I am excited to have my first summer free since college to spend more time with my family!”
John Jenkins graduated from UNC-Wilmington in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, earned his MBA from Campbell University in 2012, and was licensed as a CPA in 2014. He worked in public accounting and commercial real estate before finding his way to Charleston, SC where he is currently a Director of Accounting for Greystar, the global leader in rental housing. John and Kim met at UNCW and were married in 2011 with several FA friends in attendance; they are in love with their little boy Carter and are expecting a little girl in January 2020. In his free time not spent with family, John is active as a Deacon at First Baptist Church of Charleston where he has served on multiple committees. John believes, “you have to find the joy in what you do for a living, because if you don’t, you will be miserable to those you live for.”
