Eddie Harris and family

Eddie Harris received his bachelor’s degree in studio art with concentrations in computer graphics and illustration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2003. In 2005, he married his high school sweetheart, Toni Morgan, and in 2014, their son, Elliot, was born. Over the course of his career, Eddie has received multiple awards including a Golden Addy Award from the American Advertising Federation, more than 10 awards from the North Carolina Press Association, and multiple awards and recognitions for his photography work. Eddie is currently working as a graphic design specialist and photographer for FirstHealth in Pinehurst, NC.

 

Caitlin Keeton Oglesby received her B.S. in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University in 2004, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College in 2008, and M.Ed. in Education Administration and Catholic School Leadership from Boston College in 2010. She has served as a principal at preK-8 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Boston. She currently resides in the Boston area.

 

James Sinclair completed a B.A. in History from North Carolina State University, Class of 2004, and commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. He has deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, and RESOLUTE SUPPORT. After two flying assignments with C-130s, he was most recently assigned to the Air Operations Center for US SOUTHERN COMMAND. In June of this year, James took command of the 429th Expeditionary Operations Squadron, Forward Operating Location, Curacao, Netherlands Antilles. In September, 2006, he married Jennifer Thomas (FA Class of 2002). Since graduation, she has earned bachelor’s degrees in biochemistry and microbiology from NC State and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Univ. of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Jennifer also earned a master’s degrees in microbiology (NC State) and nursing (Inv. Of AZ). She is currently an Intensive Care Unit Nurse for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, and is a Regional Adviser for the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. They have four children – John, Margaret, Caroline, and Matthew.  

 

Danise Matthews Weber graduated from Florida State University with a double major in Spanish and multinational business and worked for a large, landscaping development company for eight years as the sales manager. She met her husband, Brooks Weber, in college, who was a pole vaulter. They have two girls, Taytem (8), and Adalynne (6.5) and live in central Florida (not far from Disney). Danise currently owns a photography business and helps with her husband’s company, Weber Construction. They travel often to the Bahamas and follow their kids around the state for travel teams. Danise says, “I would love to see the school and how much it has changed over the years.”

 

Maisie Jane White

Jennifer Oswalt White graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing and double minors in psychology and sociology. Beginning shortly after graduation, she began working for Wachovia Bank which has now become Wells Fargo Bank. Jennifer says, “I am blessed to have served many communities during my tenure with Wells Fargo to include Boone, Hilton Head, Mount Airy, Elkin, Charlotte, and Virginia Beach.” She is currently a Regional Services Senior Consultant, leading risk management and customer experience initiatives in Wells Fargo branches in eastern NC from Greenville to the Outer Banks. 

Kevin White graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He began his career supporting the Army at Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. Several years ago, he moved to Virginia Beach, VA and works to support the Navy in Norfolk, VA. Kevin and Jennifer were married on October 31, 2015 and were overjoyed to welcome their daughter, Maisie Jane White, into the world on June 30, 2019. They currently reside in Virginia Beach, VA and are happily looking forward to new adventures as parents of their baby girl.
