Sophia Karteris Kelley is currently Senior Vice President of original programming at Katz Networks in Atlanta, Georgia. Previously, she worked at UPtv and was with Turner Broadcasting System for 20 years. Sophia is a graduate of Women in Cable Telecommunications Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Class XV and served as president of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Southeast Chapter.
