There is an opening for a full-time Lower School Teacher at Fayetteville Academy beginning Fall 2026. Position Expectations The position’s primary responsibility will be the instruction of a primary-grade classroom at the Lower School Level. The successful candidate will possess experience in elementary education, reading/grammar/math instruction, curriculum development, differentiated instruction, and the use of technology to enhance instruction. Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, sense of humor, enthusiasm, and collaboration are also important for this position. Effective communication with students, parents, colleagues, and active participation in the expectations of this grade level are essential.
